Paryavaran Dakshata Mandal (PDM) and Association of Teachers in Biological Sciences (ATBS) have been partnering in organizing a conference every year on World Wetlands Day and World Mangroves Day since past 24 years. This year the conference will be held in Mumbai University (Kalina Campus).
Topics for Review Article, Poster and Oral Presentation Competition:
- Watershed management for wetlands and revival of rivers.
- Conserving estuarine systems for food security.
- Quantitating the ecosystem services of wetlands.
- Wetlands and tourism.
The conference will involve participation at two levels as follows:
Group A
This will include the researcher scholars and Teachers from any faculty / stream that will contribute research/ review article and/ or participate as delegates.
Group B
This will include the UG/ PG students, who will participate in oral/ poster presentations and/ or participate as delegates.
The research papers/reviews will be published in e-proceedings with ISBN number. A paper will be included in the proceedings ONLY AFTER corrections suggested by editors are made.

Font style: Times New Roman, Font Size: Title and Sub-Title (12 Bold), Text Matter 12, Paper should include- abstract (max 200 words), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Result and Discussion, (with Tables and Figure with suitable titles on separate pages), References (in APA or The Council of Science Editor format). Those papers that are submitted in time and are rectified as per the suggestions of the editorial board will be published in E- proceedings.
